HOW TO BUY TICKETS
For your convenience, you can buy tickets on line, by phone, by mail or in person. We accept the following major credit cards: American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover. We also accept imprinted personal checks drawn on a California bank with valid California ID, as long as tickets are purchased 10 business days ahead of the performance date. We also accept cash.

Online and Phone: Tickets are available online at www.shnsf.com or via phone by calling our all new San Francisco based customer service center at 888 SHN 1799 (Mon-Sun 10a-6pm). A $10 per ticket fee and $5 per order fee apply to all internet and phone orders.
FOR ALL SHOWS
By Mail: Choose three performance dates, with times, section of the theatre and the number of tickets. We must receive your order at least 10 days before your first desired performance date. Include: name, address, daytime phone number, credit card number with expiration date-VISA, American Express, Mastercard or Discover. A $10 per ticket fee and $5 per order fee will be applied. Please include a self-addressed stamped envelope and allow 3 - 5 business days for your order to be processed. If time permits, tickets will be mailed, otherwise you will be notified to pick your tickets up at the box office on the day of show. Send your order with payment to:
